[OpenAFS] AFS filesystem size

Hello, 

Here is my system info: 

Red Hat Enterpriese Linux 3 
OpenAFS 1.2.11-rhel3.0.1 

I can access to my AFS account fine but I've noticed the AFS filesystem
size seems too small.  I remember seeing 8 or 9 GB for AFS filesystem
size on RHL 9. 

Here is my df -h 

# df -h

/dev/sda5              64G  3.7G   57G   7% / 
/dev/sda1              99M   15M   79M  16% /boot

Is this normal in release 1.2.11?
